Cabinetmaker
Your responsibilities
- Making carcasses and fronts from the shop drawings supplied by the design team.
- Operating the CNC machining centre to cut boards and drill holes for hardware.
- Edge banding and preparing parts for the lacquering stage.
- Fitting hardware, such as hinges, drawer runners and lift systems, to the project specification.
- Checking finished parts before handing them to the fitting team.
- Talking through unusual orders with the fitters when they need someone who knows how the furniture is built.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in cabinet making or furniture joinery.
- Able to read shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with furniture materials: chipboard, MDF, veneer.
- Precision in measuring and cutting: an error of a few millimetres shows on the finished piece.
- Available to work full time at the workshop in Poznań.
- Working knowledge of Polish, enough for everyday communication on the shop floor and with the design and fitting teams.
Nice to have
- Experience operating a CNC machining centre, or willing to train on the job.
- Experience in lacquering or edge banding.
- A forklift licence.

You work on the production floor, on orders for kitchens, wardrobes, built-in furniture and office furniture. The design team sends you shop drawings, and you hand the finished parts to the fitting team. You all work on the same project from the start, so the fitters know why the parts you make look the way they do.
