What it’s like working here

Equipment
You work on the same machinery as the rest of the team: CNC machining centre, edge bander, spray shop. We replace equipment once it starts limiting what we can design, not only once it breaks down.

Projects
You follow every job from drawing to fitting at the client’s home. A joiner knows whose kitchen the front they’re lacquering is going into.

Team
The team is 18 people strong. If you have a question about a drawing, you ask the person who made it, not a general inbox.

Growth
Training with hardware and machinery manufacturers takes place during working hours, paid for by the workshop. Once you have settled in, you can move from installation to production or the other way round.

We ask about your experience so far, and what you’re looking for in a new role. We answer any questions you have about the position. We call within 7 working days of your application.

You meet the team and see where you’d be working. For workshop roles, we show you the machinery and the typical tasks for that position.

We tell you our decision, including when the answer is no.
