Furniture fitter
Your responsibilities
- Fitting made-to-measure furniture at clients’ premises: kitchens, wardrobes, built-in furniture and office furniture, to the design and technical drawings.
- Levelling and fixing carcasses, and fitting worktops, fronts and hardware on site.
- Adjusting hinges, drawers and fronts once fitting is finished.
- Checking with the client that everything works, and filling in the handover report.
- Protecting floors and door frames while you work, and cleaning up when the job is done.
- Travelling to clients across Poland, according to the fitting schedule.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in furniture fitting or finishing work.
- A category B driving licence.
- Available for trips outside Poznań, including trips of several days, according to the schedule.
- Confident with power tools and basic measuring equipment.
- Precision and patience when adjusting fronts and drawers: it’s the last stage the client sees.
- Working knowledge of Polish, needed to coordinate with clients and the team on site.
Nice to have
- Experience fitting stone or sintered stone worktops.
- An electrical qualification for simple connections.
- Comfortable working with a laser measure.

You fit furniture designed and made in our own workshop, in clients’ homes and offices across Poland. You usually work in a two-person team that takes an order from start to finish. That way you know the project before you walk into the client’s flat or office.
What recruitment looks like
- Application. You send the form with your CV. We confirm that it has reached us.
- Phone call. We ask about your fitting experience and whether you can travel outside Poznań, and we answer your questions about the role. We call within 7 working days of your application.
- Visit to the workshop. We show you the production floor, how furniture is packed for transport, and the situations you typically deal with on site.
- Decision. We tell you our decision, including when the answer is no.
